DOWNLOAD THE APP

Get the FREE RideWithGPS (RWGPS) app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. Once you download your ride, you can use it with or WITHOUT cell service to travel Happy Valley.

How it works

Our rides have been mapped and verified by local cyclists. Many rides start across from Beaver Stadium on Penn State’s campus. Download the free RideWithGPS (RWGPS) app on your Android or IOS phone for turn-by-turn directions and offline maps. When you’re done, let us know how it went. Please take a moment to fill out a survey about your ride.

Features

You’ll get turn-by-turn guidance with the RWGPS app on IOS and Android. Use of the app is free while navigating one of these rides. You can also download for other devices.

Download maps to your phone and avoid data charges or lost signals when you’re exploring the hills and dales of Rothrock, Bald Eagle, or Moshannon state forests.
Like paper maps? You can easily print the map and cue sheets to take them with you.
We’ve highlighted the Points of Interest (POIs) right on the map to guide you to services, shops, restaurants, landmarks and attractions.

Ride with GPS – Happy Valley is a project of CentreBike, a non-profit advocating for cyclists of all types in and around State College. So, your feedback through the app is greatly appreciated and needed to make this a success!
