Route 2

Similar to Training Ride 1, this ride provides a round-trip trainer from State College, but stays on main roads more and avoids a couple of climbs. 73.7 Miles.

Ironman Training Ride 3

Similar to Training Rides 1 & 2, this ride provides a round-trip trainer from State College, but takes a longer route back on some of our favorite roads. 102.8 Miles.

Ironman Training Ride 4

This is an alternate to the 70.3 Ironman route starting at Sayers Dam Beach at Bald Eagle State Park and finishing on Curtin Rd outside of Beaver Stadium. This route provides a lower vehicle volume road alternate to the “official” course when you don’t have marshals and police helping with traffic. Similar distance and elevation gains and losses, and much more quiet and scenic. 55.9 Miles.

Ironman Training Ride 5

This is a one-way route option to get from State College to Bald Eagle State Park. You can use this route to get to or return to the park if you are riding the cycling route or Training Ride 4. 24.3 Miles.
